Select your preferred date and time and submit a booking request. Your requested time is not confirmed until we review and approve your request.

We’ll review each request based on guide availability and current river conditions. Once your trip is approved, we’ll send you a confirmation and instructions to pay the $100 deposit to secure your reservation.

If your requested date or time isn’t available, we’ll contact you with other options.

Please note: Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirm your trip. Your reservation is confirmed only after approval and payment of the $100 deposit.

Cancellation Policy (Client-Initiated)

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled trip will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled trip will result in forfeiture of your deposit, as that date has been reserved exclusively for you.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Weather & Guide-Initiated Cancellations

Safety is our top priority.

Weather-related cancellations are determined solely at the discretion of Thin Line Fly Co. based on river conditions, water levels, lightning, severe storms, or other unsafe circumstances.

Clients may not cancel due to forecasted weather without forfeiting their deposit unless the trip is officially canceled by the guide.

If Thin Line Fly Co. cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions, clients may choose:

A full reschedule to a mutually agreed date, or

A full refund.
